Arm & Hammer Essentials 2x concentrated (I use this one) which is particularly good in cold water, with 2nd place going to
Purex Natural Elements (I've tried this one too--very good). This is about half the price of the Arm & Hammer product. In the dish detergent category, the standout was
Planet Ultra Dishwashing Liquid. For all-purpose cleaners, they liked two:
Sun & Earth All Purpose and
Green Works Natural All-Purpose Cleaner.
